There have been instances where the hotel management has been unprofessional in their communication with guests.

The hotel room had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was perfect for exploring the local area and enjoying scenic walks.
During my stay there were some issues with the billing. The final price was not what was agreed upon initially, and the management was unhelpful and rude when trying to resolve the issue.

The amenities were nice, including a pool and free breakfast. the location was also convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the bed was comfortable and we slept well.
We had a terrible experience with the staff. When we checked in, they agreed to a certain price but at checkout they charged us a completely different amount.
